I've had the oven about a month so I can't comment on long term reliability. For day to day use it's the best oven I've had. I use the convection feature all the time because it really does result in more evenly baked and roasted food. The set temperature seems accurate, the controls are easy to use, it's easy to see the food in the oven, the timer bell is VERY loud: a good thing in my house. All in all I'm very satisfied. One thing I would do differently if I could: I'd order the next model down, which runs about $100 less. The ONLY difference between the two is that my model comes with a third oven rack that has a removable section. The idea seems to be that you could put a tall item, like a dutch oven on a lower rack and use the special rack in the middle, fitting the cut out around your tall pot. That way you could bake something else, like a casserole, on the middle rack at the same time. I expect I will use this feature exactly never, so if I'd researched more carefully I'd have saved the $100.

Oven heats up fast, faster than our old gas oven even!
Cooks more consistent than any oven I have used including $3000+ ovens.
Easy to use but has many features and functions.
Large space and easy to install.
Has features and materials of more expensive ovens but at better value.

Needed an oven. reaserched the net and decided for this one. AJ Madison had a good deal and went for it. They have good service and prompt delivery.
