This was my first time ordering a major appliance online. Because of this wanted to speak with a live person. His customer service was excellent. He guided me through the entire process to include delivery and installation. No shipping fee, no tax. Delivery and install was on time as scheduled.

Love my new oven. It came just in time to bake Christmas cookies..what a treat to have an oven that bakes so well. I spilled a cheese dish on the bottom of the hot oven and it slid right off with a wet paper towel. I cleaned it anytway (afterall it is automatic!) soo quiet during the process. The only very minor downside is that the fan runs a very long time after the oven shuts off. Unfortunately it came with a rather large scrape in the inside finish but I did not see it until it was installed and it did not seem like it was worth the agravation of sending it back. Very happy with the product and service otherwise.

I bought this stove about a month ago. This stove does not only dress up my kitchen, it also performs like a champion. Even baking, convectional is great, large window, easy to clean up, just perfect. I like the push bottons, easy clean up... There is nothing negativ I could say about this stove.
