I ordered two freezer, one if which was damaged, and send photo and comments to you. I never got a reply back. therefore, you do not support the customers on damage. No way to secure additional business.

It was great experince ,first i bought freezer from one of the big chain store.On the day of delivery they informed me it was damaged.it will take 2 week to deliver next.Then i google,find about AJ Madition,received in 4days plus $60 cheaper than chain store.freezer works great.

It is a bit early to comment on the appliance performance over the long haul, but so far, it is excellent. First, Madison shipped it promptly and in excellent condition. The packaging was amazingly protective, MUCH better than a similar freezer we purchased last year from Sears (the outside was scratched and dented on 2 corners). Very happy with Madison. These freezers (we purchased two of them to try) are spacious and quiet. We've placed wireless temp detectors into them and ran them one full month monitoring the temperature cycling before using them for our critical product. We are very happy. Oh, and we plan to buy from these Madison guys again. Nice job
