Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Service The freezer is as advertised, a manual defrost, large upright unit. It is perfect for my intended use. While very satisfied with the product, I was most impressed with the service portion of the transaction. The ease of sale, packing and delivery all far exceeded my expectations. The delivery driver was exceptionally courteous and helpful, waiting until I'd opened the box and inspected the freezer for damage. The set up directions were clear and thorough. Loose interior parts were well secured to prevent damage. AJ Madison will be my first stop for similar future needs. 12/2/09
