Rated 1 out of 5 Computer failed after 2 weeks!
I bought the freezer for the breakroom at my business and the computer failed after less than 2 weeks and everything in the freezer thawed. When I called Frigidaire, they said that since I'm using the freezer at my business, the warranty is void! They finally agreed to send me the part, but they refuse to repair the freezer. It has been 15 days and the part still has not arrived. I would not recommend Frigidaire, at all!!!

Nicole B. Needed a manual - otherwise GREAT!
We had done a lot of research and comparison shopping before deciding on this model, and we are really pleased. It was important to us to have an upright model so we could find things extremely easily, and thought the extra money in energy costs will be well worth it for the self-defrosting. It is quiet and has a great layout to see everything quickly. We had some confusion setting the temperature initially - the temperature display would change frequently and "Power Loss" kept illuminated even though our power was never interrupted. The manual included with the freezer mentions a special operating guide for higher-end models that we did not receive. We contacted Fridgedaire and they emailed us a pdf of the manual. A quick reboot and our problems were eliminated. Had to have that manual though... make sure if you get this model you have it too. Front page is saved as my extra picture.
We had paid extra for the white-glove service, knowing the freezer needed to go into our basement and would only clear the door frame with 1/4" clearance. (We measured and re-measured to get the biggest cu. freezer we could). The delivery guys did complain (not AJ Madison's people since they are in NY and we are in CO) but they did get it down without any problems and didn't try to charge us more. Read the delivery FAQ to make sure you get what you pay for. Bonus, had we bought this at our local Sears it would've cost us $95 more and we would've been taxed an additional $45 on the purchase. Thanks AJ Madison for saving us $140!!!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Lois Great Freezer
This model was a terrific choice. It offers a lot of room and is loaded with features for organizing the contents (pull out bins, etc.). It also provides great features for homes with children (i.e., lock and alarm). We were very pleased with this purchase.

I am so pleased with this Frigidare freezer. It is quiet, roomy, simple to use, all around great purchase. I love that it is frost-free. It took me some time to find the right size and this fits the bill for our house of 4. Perfect size to accommodate everything from meats, frozen pizza, homemade baby food and so much more. Definitely worth the price. Also easy to have delivered much to my surprise.
