Rated 4 out of 5 by Great value, nice looking too Well packed, delivered to our kitchen from the street, I installed it myself without difficulty. We had used older stoves so that may have colored our expectations but we really loved the gradients we could fine-adjust the flame to. Used to have problems with the flame going out if we turned it down too low. This stove never. Love the overall flat cooking top. You can easily slide pots and pans from one flame to another. The big oblong middle burner is really useful. The grill keeps the pan high enough that you have less danger of a grease fire or singing the bottom of the pan. Stove works great too. Heats up fast and even. 5/3/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by The extra mile Thank you for your quick response to our delivery dilemma. When we received our stove the freight company had damaged the side of the stove with a forklift. I just knew it was going to be a hassle getting a new stove, especially since we had already given our old one away. YOUR COMPANY SURPRISED ME. The customer service people were right on top of the problem and a new stove was on the dock ready to ship by that afternoon and I received it in 5 days. Many thanks for your company and staff. 4/7/11
