I was apprehensive about buying from an online company but their reviews were good and they beat the prices of other competitors such as Lowes and Home Depot. Once I learned they would deliver for free with no tax, I placed the order. The delivery guys were so nice and helpful. I am completely satisfied! I got the stove I wanted with the features I was looking for at a bargain price.

I've only had the range installed for a couple of weeks, but so far I'm liking it very much. The instructions say to use the included Cerama Bryte to condition the cooktop before using it, but there wasn't any in the shipment. It's carried by our local Home Depot, though, so I bought some, along with the Cerama Bryte scraper (won't scratch the glass) and some microfiber cloths. The scraper came in handy to remove the residue left by the 2 stickers on the glass cooktop, one of which was very stubborn and took some patience.
The timer feature is very handy and shuts off the oven automatically. The controls are easy to use, and the oven temperature seems to be consistent with cooking times for various recipes.
The vent for the oven blows out the front of the door, but it doesn't feel particularly hot standing in front of it, so it isn't an issue for me at this point.
My contractor installed it, so I can't comment on that aspect of delivery; but I can say that we had no other delivery issues. The range arrived when expected and without any damage.
The bottom drawer seemed kind of flimsy to me at first because of the amount of flex it has when it's removed from the guides, but once back in place it feels more sturdy and is doing a fine job so far holding the lids to my pots and pans.
Keep in mind that both stainless steel and glass require regular maintenance to keep shiny and they do show fingerprints. If smudges and the like bother you, be prepared for this.
