Rated 4 out of 5 Solid Product, Great Value My unit came with a little damage, which we did not catch at delivery. Since the product worked fine, and we failed to check it on delivery it was not a major concern. AJ Madison offered a rebate which was very fair. This is our first top load freezer so we don't have a point of reference, but for our purposes the unit meets all our needs. We bought the unit to store a side of beef. It fit this with room to spare. The unit is not wide, so fits nicely next to the washer/dryer in the laundry. It is not noisy. The ready light is always on. Does the job. Thanks very much. 6/22/10
