More than once, I have leaned down to listen to see if this dishwasher is running! It is very quiet! Our living room and dining room are open to the kitchen, so a loud dishwasher is a huge disadvantage. I read the reviews on this one and ordered with hope it really was quiet. It is! It works beautifully, too! The dishes come out very clean looking, and in our area, with the hardness of the water, that is no small feat!

We replaced a frigidaire washer with this model. The previous model worked very nice and was wonderful, but was 8 yrs old. However, this model is the worst that I have seen. In order to get anything clean we have to use the Pots/Pans Cycle. Water temp is as high as I can set it. My dogs can lick a plate cleaner that this washer can clean. When it is paid for it will probably be replaced with a model of different mfg and donated to Goodwill or some other org, although I hate putting bad stuff onto other people.

This unit came just as described and a great price to go with it. I bought two for a project, and unfortunately one came damaged. AJ Madison picked-up and delivered a replacement fast and free of any additional fees.

Very small top basket, most of my glasses do not fit, they keep falling down while closing, only very small bowls will fit. Compared to my old dishwasher I can almost put in twice as many dishes into the old one and they really came out clean. I have contacted Frigidaire and they just say to call a tech. The silverware will not come clean even after trying several different locations. I am hand washing silverware now. I have had it one month and am saving for a new one.
