Quiet - no longer feel like I have to close the laundry room door.
Dries quickly - extra large drum allows big items to dry quickly and evenly
Ease of use - I don't have to refer to the manual to program options
Allergan option - this option allows me to make sure dust mites are removed from children's bedding and stuffed animals
I had a Bosch Next 500 and hated it. After needing a 2nd repair in 5 years I bought this machine and I couldn't be happier.

I lowered the value because of the plastic trim ring around the door. It does not fit well and I believe the plastic brings down the value of the machine. Also, upon uncrating, there was a dent in the top panel. The mfr. sent out a new one immediately and it has been replaced. It was apparent that the dent came from the factory....poor quality control.

After waiting over a month to receive my order, I did not know if I was even going to like my new washer and dryer. But now I know the wait was well worth it. I absolutely love these machines. My laundry mountains have gone away. I can not believe how much laundry I can do plus how clean and fresh it is. The cost of the machines had me a little nervous, but now I would recommend these units to anyone. They are well worth the money.
