I purchased this new Electrolux washing machine and was excited to use all the features! Installation cycle failed and it took 9 days for their service tech to even look at it. It failed right off the assembly line and was not repairable )major electrical problems). After 20 days, having to go to a coin laundry 2 miles from my house, I gave up on their poor service and purchased a competitor brand. Do NOT waste your time with Electrolux or this washing machine. Check out their website reviews and there are other "installation cycle" errors.

Large drum - can wash large loads of laundry or king size blankets efficiently, smaller drums don't wash bulky items as well as this machine
Quick - even the 15 minute cycle gets my laundry clean! I mostly use the regular cycle that is also quick (30-40 minutes quicker than my old Bosch next 500).
Detergent dispenser - Easy to use, easy to clean (size & location of dispenser prevents mixing up fabric softener and bleach like the Bosch), couldn't get the Bosch dispenser completely clean, this dispenser is easy to completely clean
Quiet - very quiet despite the high spin speeds
Options - easy to select options, first time I have ever used options, they are easy to select and have options I actually want to use

I've had this washer for <2 months and it just stopped working in the middle of my wash. Machine says "Call Electrolux" service which I did but they are closed tonight. So I am left with wet unfinished laundry! There's only 3 people in the house; I use this infrequently.

The washer is very energy efficient, no shaking, very quiet. Clothes come out clean, and less wrinkle. One thing I have to say is I have to exchange the first one I bought, it leaked very badly. According to a technician from warranty company the drum is broken. After two weeks phone calls, Electrolux sent me a new one, and took the old one. So far, the new one is very good, meeting all my wife's expectation. If not because of the exchange, I would rate it 5.
