Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor design Appearance is great but the rotating plate is designed poorly coming out of the track too easily. If it touches the inner walls while in use, the microwave will spark and cut or damage the inside wall. The fan run continuously after cooking time is done. The only way to stop the fan is to hit the cancel option or to open the door. I would be very aware of purchasing this product without a careful inspection and review. 1/10/13
