I am so impressed with the performance of this range! I replaced a standard electric stove that took forever to warm up and cool down. When I first used the stove to boil water, it was boiling in under a minute!
The only thing I didn't realize is that some of my cookware (Calphalon) would not work since it's not magnetic.
I love this range all around!

I bought this range less than 3 years ago as part of a total kitchen remodel. I love cooking with induction but the stove has been broken down for 5 weeks now. This is the second time in 4 months the stove has broken. Both times the electronics failed. I used to rave about my range but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Not only is the electrolux an excellent range, it a very handsome in our kitchen. All the features are easy to use and have improved our cooking skills with it's precise controls.

I have never used an induction stove top before this. I love the control of the cooking top tempature. You can melt chocolate without a double pot, deep fry with perfect control, slow cook all day, it's amazing. Power boost really does boil water fast!
The convection oven works well. I made 3 sheets of cookies at a time and they all cooked evenly. I like that it doesn't heat up my whole kitchen. It is well insulated. At first I thought it would not turn off, but there is a fan that cools the oven slowly while coolong off.
The bottom drawer is nice when you need extra oven space, like Thanksgiving. It's not great for every day. It looses too much heat when you pull it open. You have to pull it all the way open for foods like pizza or you have to tip your pan to get it out.
I did take the time to read the directions. They are easy to understand and follow. I copied a few of the more helpful charts for the cook top and taped them inside the cubberd door. This was especially helpful when learning the appropriate setting.
