Rated 1 out of 5Â by Resigned Worst oven ever purchased
Had to replace the circuit board after 18 months. Lower oven has never worked properly and now the oven does not heat up properly. Can only use the cook top.

I truly enjoy the stove, however I would like to know, where do I get the lights in the panel at the top of the stove replaced? When I turn on the oven for degrees
settings, example, 350" , the 0 is missing half way.
where can I get a bulb for that problem.
Thanks!

I have a "white" range. I love the stove cooks great, cook-top is easy to clean. I have many compliments on the stove.
My problem is with the self cleaning oven, it cleans the oven, the racks have to be cleaned separately. What is happening to my stove is that at the oven door and the vent under the glass at the top is turning the white finish a scorched looking brown. I have only cleaned the stove twice since I bought it. I do not use the oven much, however, I like to keep it looking new. A person would have to buy a black stove in order to avoid the discoloration. I am totally disappointed in the stove considering the price I paid for it.

We were really looking forward to this range, but unfortunately the oven hasn't worked properly since the day it arrived. After about 20 minutes, it shuts itself off and won't reset until it cools down. We've been working with the manufacturer to have it repaired, but some six weeks later we still haven't gotten any satisfaction, even after having one of the component boards replaced. Electrolux refuses to replace the range and insists on swapping out all the circuit boards. While I understand that they need to make an effort to repair the range first, it's clear in this case that the controls are failing because the circuit boards are overheating. Replacing the boards does nothing to address the underlying cause of the failure. Meanwhile, we had to cancel Thanksgiving and--because this is such a drawn out process that will continue into the New Year--we also had to make alternative plans for the holidays. It's been a very frustrating experience.
For what it's worth, the customer service representatives we've dealt with at Electrolux have all been very polite and professional. Unfortunately that hasn't gotten us any closer to having a working oven.
While we can't fairly review the oven's normal functionality, we have been able to make use of the cooktop. The Wave-Touch controls are very nice, as is the ability to adjust the burner size. However, I wish there were a way to adjust the volume of the tone that sounds when you press a button--it's a bit loud for our house, especially early in the morning. Not a big deal, in any case.
The ceramic cooktop has taken some getting used to. It requires constant attention to keep clean, but otherwise offers a nice sleek look. The heating elements take a bit longer to heat up than I had hoped, and then they hold heat for quite a while after the burner is turned off. I'm regretting not having gone with the induction model, which is supposed to be more responsive.
Otherwise, the range looks pretty good in our kitchen. I wish I could say more about the oven--at least it looks nice with that blue interior and the ball-bearing racks are a nice touch.
