Kris Love it!
I admit that I wanted a beautiful looking stove in addition to having it work well. I was even willing to spend more money on a "high end" stove, but after a lot of looking at the high end ones, I wasn't impressed. Quality wasn't consistent and the ovens not always what I wanted. I wanted 2 ovens for those times when I hosted the holidays and needed multiple oven temperatures. Many high end didn't have 2 ovens that fit in the 30" space and the price/value component didn't make sense.
I was originally hesitant on this as some reviewers mentioned about the "gap" between counter to surface flange. I also considered the Bosch as it was rated well. In the end, I took a gamble, bought this one and am glad I did:
1) It looks beautiful in the new kitchen
2) It cooks evenly on bake and convection (recently made 2 pizzas at once at 425 convection -both perfectly baked!)
3) Roasts and birds are amazing in this oven - juicy inside, beautifully browned outside. They bake faster than I had planned - so shave some time off your estimates. And the perfect turkey concept is great - takes all the guess work out except the stress of wondering if you placed the probe correctly into the bird!
4) Love the blue interior - why not love the oven on the inside too!
5) It has more features than I'll probably ever used, but nice to know I can dehydrate food if I'm preparing for some cosmic event
6) The second oven heats up to 400 and is great for baking too! Used it to bake casseroles, baked veggies, and sometimes even just for warming garlic bread or something small.
7) Wave touch display is fun - it makes nice noises and beeps, makes me really enjoying cooking!
The stove top works well. I just realized they now have a 5 burner model...I might have considered that when I bought this (July 2011) however, the 4 burners work well. The burner that has the highest BTU and goes down to simmer, takes a little "longer" to ignite than the others. I never really noticed until a repair guy came (for my fan not the stove) and started playing with the burner. When I questioned why he mentioned another customer had complained about that burner being slower to ignite. So thought I'd mention it but it is the function of the burner not a malfunction.
One word of caution - read the specs when installing. I was re-doing my kitchen and there are some requirements for the cabinets around it not opening as there is a small lip on the oven top - I'm attaching a picture. I had ended up putting spice drawer pull out 6" cabinets next to oven and my contractor had to shave the corner of the cabinet so it could clear the "lip". Causes no problems, but be aware when install.
I'm VERY pleased with this purchase that I had spent so much time researching. Good luck to you if you decide the same.

Amy "Perfect Turkey"
I love this stove! It was a bit of a bear to install because I went from electric to gas.
I bought this unit because I will be hosting Thanksgiving for the first time. I have never done a turkey before. We did a test run this weekend so I would not embarrass myself on Thanksgiving. The turkey was BEAUTIFUL!
I did all the cooking according to the stove "Perfect Turkey" manual (with the probe). I let it go on the preset default settings. There was no need to uncover it to brown at the end... it browned under the foil. My 13lb turkey cooked for a total of 4 1/2 hrs.
The Probe is FANTASTIC! What a great way to do my first one. We were concerned that it was cooking to fast, but it seems to slow down (as planned)by the end. At a touch of a button you can see the exact internal temperature at any time. When it reached *180, the oven went to warm mode (just as it said it would).
The multiple timers are invaluable.
Make sure you DO NOT preheat the oven before you use the probe... and don't cancel the upper oven during the process or you may loose the use of your probe function.
I used the drawer oven for my other sides. It even browned the marshmallows on my sweet potatoes.
I am very pleased with this purchase.
I AM A COOK! Yeaaaa!

the cook top is wonderfull. All my pans set very evenly. So easy to adjust the burner level.
Only able to use the oven x1, as it too hot to bake, slide out racks are on rollers-work so smooth. I need to obtain a better oven thermomitor, the oven may heat up almost 25 degrees more than what I set it for? But I have a very old external thermomitor-more investigation

We had very specific requirements, and, consequently, there were very few ranges that provided exactly what we wanted: We wanted a dual-fuel oven with two real oven chambers (not just a warming drawer), and we were limited to a 30 inch range. We also wanted a slide-in range with controls in front rather than sticking up behind the burners. We are extremely happy with this range. The gas burners offer excellent control; the electric oven bakes evenly; and the second oven is seriously useful for cooking side dishes at a different temperature when entertaining for big groups. (I do not miss having a second wall oven.) The oven chamber sizes are good, even with the split. The control panel is complicated, but we rarely use anything but the most basic features, and we are power cooks. I didn't expect it would make a difference when I purchased the range, but the ball-bearing-based slide-out racks have turned out to be a great feature.
