Rated 2 out of 5Â by JC Oven nice Microwave junk
We have had this for just short of ten months and have gone through two magnetrons. For what we paid for this one would expect a more powerful magnetron that would last for years. It is not a true convection microwave in that there is no independent thermal heat source in the microwave. We should have stuck with the old free standing Sharp convection microwave, cost less and is still working after 7 years.
The convection oven works very well and the shelves are great.

Learning to use the microwave has been a bit of a challenge. I have the unit elevated for eye level controls and the microwave fan blows in our faces. Once we have learned how set the unit for particular foods it works great.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by lives in my kitchen So far, so good!
Have only had this for a month, but love it! A bit more expensive than others, but well worth it at this point. Looks great, bakes/microwaves well. Love the slide out racks in the oven, as well as the great lighting. Even though this oven/microwave combination is about the same size as my old one, it is larger inside. Lots of options on the control panel that I am still learning, and am particularly excited about using the probe for our Thanksgiving turkey. The only difficulty may be in the microwave oven door which opens downward like the oven door. Because the microwave is larger inside, it may be more challenging to reach in to clean it.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by plambers overall happy but not alot of choices
I bought this primarily because it was the only upscale 27 inch built in that would fit into out area without alot of rebuilding/reconfiguring/removing of existing cabinets. I also loved the look and the smoothness of the racks and the cobalt blue interior. It does take a long time to preheat, fan does remain on for a short time after any heating (and is a bit loucd) and fingerprints are impossible to avoid on touch screen. heating is far superior to our old oven and even when turned off, the oven will remain hot (which is a good thing!)
