We purchased this oven less than six months ago and already the electronic display is failing. This happened on our last Dacor oven. It was very old so we assumed (you know what happens when you assume) that these electronic displays would be more reliable. NOT.
Otherwise the oven has great options for cooking and the fan is fairly quiet. Usually we use the Pure Convection mode. It cooks evenly and quickly. The big beef we had with our old oven was the preheat time. This one warms to 350 deg F in about 13 minutes. We think that is OK.
