I have these ovens for 3 years now. The temperature settings do not correlate well to the actual temperature of the unit. I have had both ovens checked twice in this time period and both certified technicians advised this is normal for Dacor ovens and that I had to manually adjust the temperature to account for the differentials (25-30 degress on what and how long I am cooking).
Also, the clock on the display does not show all the time... only when cooking. There is no option to have the clock on all the time.
