The new style Epicure wall ovens are designed to accommodate even the most serious chefs and still manage to be easy-to-use. Featuring a copious cooking capacity (3.7 cubic feet,) an increased viewing area and the straight-forward Discovery Controller, it makes cooking an easier and more convenient task to the point of near effortlessness. The Discovery Controller not only calculates the time, temperature and cooking mode for many foods, it can even store 100 recipe settings.

With advanced Pure Convection technology, this wall oven distributes heat evenly from the top rack down to the bottom, and its patented shape helps radiate heat more effectively (the glass-concealed Bake Element also assists in uniform heat circulation.)

This model comes with a fully extendable GlideRack that slides effortlessly and is ideal for cooking with heavy roasters, baking stones and cookie sheets (additional GlideRacks can be purchased as accessories.) It comes with a total of three racks and has six rack positions. This oven sports a wide array of convenient features such as two timers, halogen lighting and a reverse air flow function which helps prevent the mingling of odors and flavors. A complimentary easy-to-use digital temperature probe is also included.
