Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed in service Paid a fortune for this dryer and after 9 months the temperature sensor went out. It took the technician hours to diagnose the problem. You could tell he was not familiar at all with the machine. When he left he was supposed to tell me when the part would come in. That was two and a half weeks ago. No one at Electrolux or the repair company can tell me even now how much longer before the part arrives. In today’s world if you really are customer friendly it could have been shipped overnight and fixed the next day. 5/9/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Electrolux Gas Dryer This dryer is excellent and easy to choose settings for as there are many avaiable on the dial and additional speciality cycles as well. Setup and installation were easy and there is a test cycle that tells you if everything is functioning correctly after you install it. The lint mesh is extra fine and catches a lot of what would go through your dryer vent hose in other machines. Well built, good looking and excellent performance! 5/3/12
