This dishwasher is so quiet... that's because it doesn't clean dishes or dry them. This is the worst dishwasher we have ever owned despite being the most expensive by hundreds of dollars. I researched it but was fooled by the statistics... After trying to get it to work for nearly three years, we are about to rip it out and buy a dfferent brand.

I have already replaced the control panel one time and it is broken again. I should not have to replace again. I have never had this kind of trouble with a dishwasher. When you pay this much for a dishwasher you expect it to work. I will never buy Electrolux again.

I've had this dishwasher for less than three years. The settings never worked, and the washer shuts off because it detects a leak that is never there. The service tech has tried to fix this many times to no avail. Now the computer board failed, The warranty is up and to repair will cost me $410, with all the other costs I have paid for I could have bought another washer. I called (EL) and asked them to give me a coupon for a new unit and they told me they don't do that. My previous washer was 58 years old and worked till the day I removed it. If you want a washer that cleans your dishes do not buy this product. Maybe they should they should sell there products at wallmart. Hey we posted on face book and got a response, imagine that? they want to help now. to bad for them, If you work hard for your money do not buy this dish washer or any other EL product. I guess we live in a throw away society?

The worse dishwasher I ever owned. Does not clean dishes at all. Basically have to prewash everything first. The accomodating racks sold me but have not been happy since the purchase. Does a poor job of drying also. When I can afford another it's going to be a Whirlpool. It's pretty bad when a glass with orange juice residue comes out dirty, not even dried on juice. NEVER BUY ELECTROLUX in my opinion!
