Rated 4 out of 5 by nice oven I have had the oven for about 1 month. So far so good. I have tried convection vs traditional baking and do not see much difference. My first test was a batch of cookies. I was able to cook three rack of cookies all at the same time in the same oven and they all came out crisp using the convection feature. I tried lowering the temp by 25 degrees as suggested but found items we not fully cooked with convection so I have been using the normal temp setting. I like the bread proofing feature and make sure that I put some boiling water in a jar to add to the oven. Keeps the bread moist. Love the big windows and lights. My only down sides so far it does take a long time to preheat although the rapid pre heat does shorten the time and I wish that it had 4 gliding racks vs 2 like the more expensive unit has. 5/24/12
