We bought this in Oct of 2009 for $3100. You would think that for that much money the ice maker would work. It will make ice for maybe 3-4 weeks, then just stop. We found that turning the ice maker off for 2 days fixes the problem. Apparently something freezes over which causes it to fail. So we always have to buy some ice and keep it in the freezer for the 2 days off the fridge always requires. When it *is* working, it tends to spit ice fragments all over the kitchen, even when getting cubes (as opposed to crushed ice). After 3 repair visits, we were finally told that there is no fix for the problem. Fortunately, I bought an extended warranty from Repair Master. They are GREAT! They have offered us a new fridge or $2700. I'm so glad we bought the 5 year warranty for only $166!

The size of this fridge is great you can fit about 8 gallons of milk in it but that is the ONLY good thing about this fridge. The ice maker is terrible does not work half the time when it does it clumps and will not come out the dispenser. The ice maker has been replaced twice, the mother board twice, the water hose once and my husband is on the phone with a rep now about the ice maker again!!! This is the 4-5 call on this piece of junk. Do NOT buy this or you will regret it!!!! The reps we have spoken to have been friendly which is good.

Beautiful refrigerator. Great storage capacity. Ice maker broke down within a month. Several repairs only made matter worse and finally a replacement months later. Replacement lasted just over a year, just past warranty of course, then problem with cooling.
Also Water filter leaks flooding bottom of refrigerator and will freeze blocking air from freezer being able to cool the refrigerator.

fridge looks great only problem with ice maker is that it does not seem to make a great quanity of ice. We have had none of the other problems I have heard about in reference to water and ice maker. There isnt alot of room in the fridge part because it is counter depth but freezer is very roomy. I love my new fridge!
