Poorly designed and more poorly executed. I have yet to get ice from the dispenser without having to pick some up off the floor. Water and ice dispenser is neither deep enough or wide enough. Water always drips. Now, in less than a year the ice crusher has stopped working all together. This is the last Whirlpool appliance I'll buy.

This is the second fridge I bought like this. This one was for a new home in AZ. Really like the HUGE on door ice capacity. So much bigger that the newer model. I had my choice & chose this one. Much quieter.
My older frig has been great. I did have to replace a part after 10 years but with the Web it was a breeze. That's why I bought this one.

Our kitchen design limited our choices for a refrigerator. Having ice and water in the door is a feature that is important to us. We wanted the largest cu. ft. that would fit into our space with a minimum depth which ruled out many brands. This refrigerator does the job but is nothing to write home about.

We have been very happy with Whirlpool products, for many years. All our appliances, throughout the house are Whirlpool. Therefore, there was no hesitation, to buy a refrigerator, of the same brand. Our new one, works well and looks nice. The only thing I wish were different is the matte finish on the front. I wish it were the same, as the top and sides. It is effective as far as cooling and freezing, lots of room. I do like the ice storage, in the door of the freezer. Our old one had it in the shelving area and this definitely gives us more freezer space. AJ Madison was great to deal with and I would do business with them, again. The delivery people, AM Trucking could have provided better tracking info, as I had to call them, to find out where we were at, as far as delivery time. But, they did their job.
