Very nice hood - of course it requires some carpentry skills to install. A little noisy but looks great and works great.

Very clean look. We wanted a low profile unit, something that would not be to overwelming in our moderate sized kitchen.
Needed to modify for a 7'6 ceiling height to maintain a 30" clearance from the top of cooktop to the range hood. No problem. Was helpful to have a third person to help install.
Shipping was prompt, once ordered had the unit in about 7 days out here on the West coast.

Just installed the unit. Instructions were clear and accurate. Per instructions, it does take 3 people to install the lower 'hood' piece. It moves a ton of air .... to the tune of having to open a window on high. Can barely hear it on low setting.

We hung this unit from a support system under an arch between two rooms. We had to cut down the height of the chimney sleeve to shorten up the height. It went perfect and the fan works great. It was as quiet as I had hoped and the 4 halogen lights really light up the stove top.
