Rated 1 out of 5 Worst appliance ever!
Worst appliance ever! It's been a nightmare. It has had major repair 5-6 times for LEDs burning out. The complete control circuit boards have to be replaced after a burner has been used a dozen times or so. It is broken now. It stays broken! I can fix it again but it will just break again. 'Most sadly' is that I had cabinets and 'Silestone' countertops custom built for this cooktop. AND, you can't retrofit any other cooktop into the cutout. Awlful experience!

Rated 4 out of 5 by BigO Love my cooktop
Cooktop was fairly easy to install. Instructions for use are also very easy to understand. This unit replaces an old electric GE model which would not cool down fast enough when you turned the knob (had to remove pan to an unused burner or one that I had preset to the cooler temperature). This is not a problem with this glass top. A friend bought a Sears Kenmore Elite series cooktop (which was made at the same Canadian factory by the way). His cost approx. $500.00 less but it does'nt look as nice (no led lights and control knobs are larger and flat at a 90 degree from the cooktop as apposed to my Electrolux where they slightly angled at about 50 to 60 degrees). Its all about taste and style.

Rated 2 out of 5 by KIM Major Disappointment
Took 3 times to get this cooktop that wasn't damaged upon delivery!! Finally had it installed and had to have 3 or 4 service calls on it-- electronic light panel on knob burnt out and burners would take forever to boil water ( unit was only in for three months)!!! It was replaced by Electrolux (Lemon) and I ordered another ,it came and had rust on it, sent it back !! Got another, had to argue for re-installation fee I had already put out on first cooktop! Have one in use right now, I'm a little afraid to say it's working okay, if you know anything about cooking -- it's definitely NOT a high performer!!!! I have had service calls on all my Electrolux appliances ( refrigerator, Dbl. wall oven, after only 3 months of use), they have the looks (beautiful) but lack use-ability!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kim Totally Discusted !!
I purchased an Electrolux refrig., double oven and the pro electric cooktop----what a nightmare!! All of these items are beautiful but the performance is very poor! We've had these appliances installed for 3 months and I've had 3 service calls on the refridgerator, 1 on dbl. oven and 4 on the cooktop!! The cooktop was ordered 4 times due to damage on 2 of them and 4 service calls on one of them I did keep!! They replaced that one(lemon) and now we are on our 4th and it takes forever to boil water!! Really NOT happy!
