The first one we received was defective (drawer didn't closer properly); after sending a tech to confirm the defect, the return with AJM went smoothly.
The next unit was installed. Still seems a bit flimsy but does look great installed beneath the range top.

I have to be truthful, I bought this to have a safe place for our food so instead of leaving it out on the counter we can keep it warm and away from sneaky dogs!
It is a beautiful compliment to the oven(s).
It adds that final touch to my new kitchen which has been done with the electrolux Icon Professional Line. It is top notch in looks & quality.
It also adds extra storage if you are cabinet shy.
It does seem a bit hollow, but it is after all a drawer designed to keep your food warm.
The illumination is lit when it is on, so you won't forget to leave it on.
My warming drawer is directly under my double oven. Although many place these in drawer locations. Your choice.
