We have had only a few days use of it since it was delivered about three months ago. After installation, it successfully warmed up a taco before blowing its internal fuse and tripping its dedicated breaker. Problems getting the right part for this new unit (we're told) made the fix a very lengthy event. We've lost about a quarter of our warranty period without being able to use the product, which seems quite unfair to us. Four out of five of our Electrolux appliances arrived damaged or went bad within three months of purchase. If this were an isolated incident I could understand. As it is, I would most certainly not buy Electrolux appliances again. 2/12/10

I bought a set of Electrolux appliances for my new kitchen. 4 out of 5 had problems within the first three months. Who knows what's in store in months 4 and beyond. Despite the Electrolux Icon "Platinum Star" service, it took months to fix my microwave. I would most certainly not buy Electrolux appliances again. 2/12/10
