Rated 4 out of 5 by Comparable to Bosch I've had 2 higher end Bosch's in the past and as this is made by Bosch it is similar though not completely the same. I got this with the Thermador package deal. The bottom rack fits plates and utensils very well. After entertaining this past weekend, I was pleased to see that I could fit more than 2 full place settings of utensils plus extra serving-ware in the bins. I was also pleasantly surprised with how many plates, bowls etc. fit so well in the bottom. The top rack does not do as good as a job with glasses but is acceptable. Washes well. 1/29/13
