Just purchased this to replace an old Kitchen Aid. Due to the color template in our kitchen, we were limited to choosing from bisque models, plus we are selling our house so we didn't want to spend a fortune on the next owner's dishwasher. We have run some mixed (dishes and pots and pans) loads, but despite the claim of "4 angle cleaning", some results were spotty and there was some minor residual dirt on very greasy pots, necessitating some hand washing afterwards. We use the factory recommended fluid and Consumer Reports top rated cleaning pellets. We tested each cycle: Normal, One hour, Pots. We didn't over-pack the unit. Overall, the performance was good, but "quiet partner" is a misnomer, more like "kids making a ruckus upstairs in their rooms partner"; you are aware of the activity, but it isn't too intrusive (until Johnny tries to stick a crayon in his sister's ear). Appearance wise, compared to the gorgeous (expensive) sleek stainless units, one of which will no doubt find a home in our next house, it fairly screams "I put this in because I am too cheap to put anything better, but hey it's new and it's a dishwasher, so deal with it." Plus, it's available in bisque, the preferred kitchen color of the late 80's.
Can't speak to reliability yet, but the many reviews we read are rather ominous; we will see and report back if it dies before we sell the house.
