We bought the Samsung since we have a Samsung refrigerator we love. The appearance is great but that is the only good feature. Dishes don't get clean. There is always an odor when you open the door. I'm now getting error code 9E and now LE indicating a leak. There is no leak everything is bone dry. Some cycles don't finish. Often will not dispense soap. We use the pre-packed cube so there is no reason it shouldn't work. It has been bad from day one.

I'll start by saying Samsung did give us 100% of our money back, without question.
Within two weeks, the washer started to not turn on, had to cycle the main breaker before the controls would work again. Within a further month, the top rack, simply dropped of it's plastic brackets mid cycle, that made us jump!
We're now 6 months in and the drain pump has failed, as did the main cpu board at 4 months.
Only way to run the dishwasher now is to have a shop vac handy to drain the thing.
Samsung eventually paid us our money back, but left the dishwasher, even they know it's not worth trying to repair!
On the plus, it looks cool, and is very quiet

Contractor Rob Great Buy!
First of all I have Purchased two for my kitchen one was placed in the island next to a small sink and another one next to the main sink in the kitchen. When i first turned them on I had to put my hand on it to make sure they were running. They are SO QUIET!! As for the opperation it is flawless.. I am a General Contractor and only install this dishwasher in kitchens. I was amazed at the poor reviews it has recieved. Over the past two years i have purchased 13, two for my own use and the other eleven in customers homes. Never have i had one complaint. everybody remarkes about the quietness and it great look.. I install high end kitchens and this is the ONLY dishwasher i will install!!

Where do I start? It doesn't dry dishes well at all. I put in dishes that came out dirtier than when they went in. Puddles pool on top of dishes with nasty dirty water. You can't put cooking a lot of cooking utensils in the silverware rack because the arm will hit them so I had to lie most down up top. Samsung's service dept is a joke and impossible to deal with. When they cancelled my appt on me and I asked them why. He just kept repeating himself that he needed to reschedule me. I told him I know since you are cancelling, but why did you cancel, and get this he actually laughed at me. He thought my frustration was funny. And yep he was outsourced. I put in over 4 service calls the first month cause besides the lack of cleaning it also kept leaking. Get anything else but this piece of you know what. This is the "top" of the line from them. I'd be afraid of bottom.
