Dishwasher broke down after 18 months (!) and will cost 70% of the purchase price to fix. The repair guys told me they are fixing these ALL the time and Samsung makes it hard to get good information AND the warranty coverage is terrible. I will be replacing instead of repairing.

"Low Water Level" error.....separated spray arms causing major water leaks....poor performance when it actually worked. Huge regrets.

Has a nice look to it and gets my dishes pretty clean. However, in the one year I have owned it I have had to have it serviced twice! Both times to replace the ENTIRE motherboard. It kept giving me an error message of "low water level". The water level was fine. After the second time, I asked the repair man to explain what the real problem was. He said that since I live in the country and my water isn't filtered that the motherboard was getting "gunked up". He suggested getting a water softener unit. Yeah right... like I have $500 to get that after buying this overpriced piece of junk! It's fine for city living but not country.

This machine looks beautiful..Black exterior, Stainless Steel interior. It is very quiet. I do not have a lot of dishes to wash and only do a load every 2 or 3 days. My silverware does not clean well. I have to look at each piece carefully and redo them by hand. The inside tub does not dry out. It is also the most expensive machine I had. This is my 4th DW over 48 yrs. and have not had any problems with others. I called Samsung and they basically said I am not using it properly.
