Samsung best stay in the phone and TV business , because their appliances are junk.I rue the day I ever bought this thing from a major dept store that usually has its own brand. Very difficult to install for my hubby.The dish racks are a joke, nothing sits right on them, especially glasses and cups. Does not fit any 10' or 12' frypans easily. Nothing is ever dry when any cycle is done. Run time on "heavy" setting is about 2 hours! Its barely a year old and already something is broke on the motherboard and we do not use this that much, for just the two of us.

This unit is very simple to use, would have been nice to see a separate dry selection, as quick wash does not dry, as advertised it is very quick (but the simplicity of the unit is great for my better half and the kids). The other modes dry very well, actually the dishes are hot at the end of the process. We do sometimes use the quick mode and hand dry – usually the kids do this.... saves on the electric bill... :) The unit is very quiet. I also noticed the normal wash cycle is longer than my old dishwasher, but performs much better. I like this unit, doesn’t have all the electronic display features (to confuse my wife) but has all the right internal features.

I really like this dishwasher, you really can't beat the price and it does a great job. Not only is it virtually silent it actually tackles dried on oatmeal which has always been a problem for my previous dishwasher, furthermore it does it on a quick cycle. So in 30 minutes your dishes are sparkly clean. Only downside is that dishes never come out bone dry, but its not a big problem.

Did you buy dishwasher or dishdryer? Majority of dishwasher leave the dishes wet. Use PAN mode for extream heat ;-)
