This dryer is awesome. It took FOREVER to dry towels in my old dryer. I usually had to run a couple of cycles to get them dry. This one does the job the first cycle. I also love that the lint tray is inside the dryer door. My old one was on top of the dryer and that caused so much dust and lint in my laundry room. The nice little jingle took a while to get used to. We just didn't hear it in the beginning. But after a while you get tuned in and notice it. At first I thought it needed to be louder, but now I think it's perfect.

We bought the matching pair and love both pieces. We waited a few months to rate them to make sure they were as good as we thought they were and they ARE. Dryer is huge, with many settings. The sensor works great and I love the antibacterial setting. The lint trap is easy to clean and all knobs and settings are easy to reach and understand. The set is amazing and I thoroughly enjoy doing laundry these days. I'm so happy we followed the recommendation and reviews to purchase the LG washer and dryer instead of one of the more common brands. Brands that we have had to replace frequently and just don't have the reputation they had generations ago.

Defintely a step up from where we were. Looked at many types of washing machines and choosed this one based the cost,features and reviews. Really like the tune it plays when the cycle is complete.
