I have purchased several of the Danby 18" dishwashers and find the quality and price very good. None have failed to work properly as of yet, so I have no experience with any potential problems with repair. Also, they are quiter operating than older models and clean better with two spray arms. They also, are Energy star rated.

Good dishwasher but circuit board went bad within a year.. Danby replaced it under warranty. Now that warranty is over i am concerned about its longetivity.

Repalced a Frigidair 18" D/W with this unit. Good value. Easy to install. Only draw back is cycle time.
