Our only complaint is even though there are 5 burners on this cooktop, would be hard to use more than one per side if using average size pots and pans. The ones on the sides are too close together. This is because the knobs are across the front and this takes up room for the grates. Might be better if they were in a cluster in the front center leaving room on the outside for more separation and larger pans. One of the indicator lights did not work upon installation but contacted Dacor and they sent someone out. Now wishing we would have bought the rangetop.

Excellent cooktop. Great features. True to description.
Burners are very sensitive, can get very hot and stay lit when very low. Reignite feature is excellent when simmering broth all day.
One con is that the ON indicator light turns off before the knob is all the way off. Husband was bothered that the lights didn't work (a problem I was not having), when I figured out he was setting the knob in the in-between-zone (on the way to off) to cook, rather than along the banded designated ON portion of the knob. Light goes off before burner is truly out. So use the knobs as they are depicted and intended.
Easy to install. Excellent product.

I have been very happy with my purchase of this cooktop. I cook for my family almost every night and needed a cooktop that would be reliable and easy to keep clean. This one has a special finish that lets me scrub it clean without leaving any scratches on the stainless steel. The power burner helps me cook much faster than with my old cooktop. Plus, it looks really super cool in my kitchen!
