Rated 4 out of 5 by unique beauty We have enjoyed the hood since 2009 until a few days ago the motor stopped running. I think the 4 year-working-life for the motor is under expectation. I'm so disappointed. We bought Miele's diswasher, coffee maker, cup warmer, steam oven, self clean wall oven, warming drawer, center hood, 2 direct grills, deep fryer, counter top gas oven and the built in hood in 2008 for our dream home. And we are planning to buy Miele's other cleaning products later. we love Miele's products in general. 5/7/13
