First time purchasing from AJ Madison -- the service was great as was the delivery. Will definitely purchase again. Dishwasher is beautiful; very easy to install. Overall, very, very good. A couple of issues - the touchpad is underwhelming - slow to respond, hard to press, and for whatever reason, the start button doesn't have an audible beep. Hopefully, I'll get used to it. Also, it is louder than I expected. Not loud, but louder that I would have thought for its 48 or 49 db rating. It doesn't impede tv watching in the next room, but you can't stand next to it and have a casual conversation when it's running.
