Rated 3 out of 5 by Design issues with keypad Steam from the stove top has tended to make the microwave handle too hot, and the keypad stop working. The keypad has not worked infrequently over the last couple of years, and now has quit working entirely. For a fairly new microwave, we had issues from the beginning, and are now calling for repair. Ugh, 4/22/13
