Rated 4 out of 5 Very good, but...
I have had this appliance for five months now. I purchased a complete Cafe kitchen and did a LOT of research first. Needless to say, you don't really know until you have it in your home. I looked at French Door first and most (I was replacing a Side-by-Side and thought I wanted something different. The more I looked, the less I liked. We just didn't need a big freezer. I agree with the review that this is a great choice for a couple or small family. It looks great, keeps produce fresher than anything I've ever had before and delivers water & ice with a light that comes on automatically (something I like when filling at night). The down-side is that while it runs very quietly, there is some sort of internal cycle that it goes through that is VERY noisy! Not unbearable, but more than I would have expected for such a higher end cost. Very roomy for two!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Jules74 Love this refrigerator!!!
I am very happy with this refrigerator! It's very quiet; I can hardly hear it running. Drawers glide nicely & compartments are all high quality. Freezer is large & the layout makes everything accessible. I have no regrets with this purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by mp87 Good for small family
This product is great for an individual or a couple. The quick chill and other drawers are great features. But if you have a family, this is not for you. The freezer is actually rather small. The refrigerator side has it's problems too. Just look at the picture. Where are all the condiments? Ketchup, mustard, pickles, salad dressings, etc.? The side shelves are very narrow.

Rated 2 out of 5Â by DisappointedinLA This refrigerator has alot of problems
I have had this refrigerator for four years. The top shelf of the freezer is slanted awkwardly--items slide off when opening the freezer door. The small non-sliding shelf (the second shelf) in front of the light in the freezer is not wide enough to hold in place and falls constantly--I had to remove it, which lessens the amount of available storage space. In the refrigerator, drinks that are stored on the metal drink rack on the refrigerator door slide off the rack as the refrigerator door is opened. The back of the refrigerator has sooo many nooks and crannies that the refrigerator is difficult to clean. The white frames around the slide out shelves limit the storage space on the shelves. If a liquid container is inadvertently pushed onto the white framing around the shelves, it becomes unstable and is likely to tip over. If liquid spills on the glass shelves--it seeps under the white framing and is not cleanable. If the bottom shelf is used only to cool drinks, etc. you are left with only one drawer for vegetables and fruits. The ice maker and water dispenser are great. Good lighting. The refrigerator looks great in the kitchen. I love the dishwasher and the stove!!
