Rated 3 out of 5 by Website misrepresentation The photos of this product on the GE website misrepresent the product. There is an unsightly black piece that hangs below the body of the stainless steel unit which houses the light. It looks especially ugly if you have a light colored backsplash. The photos on the website do not show this. GE customer service indicated the the photo was probably of a prototype and did not represent the actual product. Go look at it in a showroom before you buy. 4/27/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing! I have had this product for a couple of days. It is very nice looking. I love the lighting. It is programmable. I have used it to bake cookies. Unbelievable!! I have reheated leftovers. Perfect! I have defrosted meat. It works like a dream! I love this thing. It is truly remarkable how far we have come from the old style microwave. I cannot wait to get my dual fuel cafe' freestanding stove into place. I love to cook and these products are going to make it so much more fun! 4/9/13
