My challenge was updating a small 7 x 8 kitchen. The only choice was a European style fridge. After a lot of research, which included Customer's Report, the Liehberr was the best choice. It had less complaints and good storage for the space.
It has two compressors. One focuses on the freezer and temperatures stays at 32. If you need to flash freeze something, it will do that for you. The tempertuare will drop to 0 for 6 hours and then return to normal. In the fridge, the fresh veggies stay good for a few days more. You have some space for wine to cool too.
You have to shop more often yet that was going to happen with any of the smaller fridges. The plus side is you are not over stocking and wasting food.
There are a lot of features with this fridge which means you should read the booklet that comes with it. This might be a con for some folks. The only complaint I have to date is the drawer system in the freezer. Be careful when you pul it out, it will not just hang out there waiting. It will fall and get cracked. Seriously, it shouldn't crack that easy.
The biggest plus from the two compressors is that it's pretty quiet. If I move, the Liebherr is coming with me.
