Installed through the wall, no more in and out with the change of seasons!! Cools a 10X15 room very quickly, and is very energy efficient. My electric bill is considerably less than last year. Love the remote! Love the timer!

The unit came with 2 screws meant to hold the motor in place loose in the box. They were nearly impossible to screw in but completely necessary as the motor would move when plugged in and the fan would rub against the styrofoam inside the unit making a horrible noise and seeming hazardous. We realized this after spending hours removing my old unit and building a frame for the new one. It was a Saturday and customer service was closed. So my husband figured out a way to fix it and we're making due. The fan is very clean and quite but the compressor is pretty noisy, though that's expected. We mostly have it on fan at night so it's ok. It's got a nice remote too.

I BOUGHT THIS CP06F10 UNIT ABOUT 2 MONTHS NOW AND I HAVE TO SAID THIS IS THE BEST AC I EVER HAD, IT FEELS LIKE CENTRAL AIR CONDITION IN MY BEDROOM, WE LOVE IT

Excellent air conditioner. Needed extra cooling in bedroom due to large, hot plasma tv. AC is wonderful. Cold and quiet. Wish there was a Friedrich dealer near by. Shipping was expensive.
