For those applications that do not have access to a gravity-assisted drain, a drain pump must be installed. U-Line strongly recommends the use of their sealed and permanently lubricated P60 pump.

I really wish I could tell you that this unit worked but it only worked for 6months then I tried to get someone to repair it but they couldn't fix the unit Ended up just turning it off and letting it sit. shame

This is the only one like it - no other product exists like this for under the bar. For that we love it. IT was very difficult to install - took us 10 hours to reengineer a hole and place the drain pipe so that it would flow correctly. hire an installation person. This is a replacement for a unit that had broken before we bought our house. Don't know what happened. What we love about it is the fabulous ice that does not stick together.

This machine makes fabulous ice, has a well desigined
refrigerator compartment and is pleasing to the eye,
but it always breaks down. Over a one year period
it has required service 5 times, replaced water valves,
control board, manifold, loose wiring to circuit board.
Presently it is still in the shop, and the repair company
is not sure of the problem. It is amazing that for well
over 3 thousand dollars that U-Line can sell such
an awful machine. Unfortunately, there are no other
combo icemaker refrig units, but take heed buy
a stand alone icemaker and avoid a very expensive headache.

Our first machine broke down so much that U-Line replaced it! The second one is not much better. Since the day we had it this maching has never worked properly. The control panel is useless - - even if you could figure out how to use it! The owner's manual is cryptic. Great concept, but whoever designed this machine failed miserably!
