Rated 1 out of 5 by Junk I'm on my 2nd one. First one died after one year. 2nd died after a few months. All I did was turn it off now it won't power back up!!! 9/30/12
Rated 1 out of 5 by Broken already I bought (2) of these for my home remodel. The one in the kitchen never freezes the ice completly and the one in my theatre just blew a control board. All I did was turn it off to clean and now it won't turn back on. Both are very noisy and I would never buy this brand again. 9/1/12
Rated 1 out of 5 by Look some more This is a repair monster requiring at least 2 service calls a year. The control board has been replaced twice. It can't make ice if the ambient temp gets above 80, not good here in Florida for a pool bar. Would not buy again. 5/4/11
Rated 1 out of 5 by clr2160 If I only knew... I would never have bought. In fact, I'll be telling anyone who's interested that this product is an awful purchase. The noise this things makes, which it constantly makes, is unbearable. Be prepared to put it in the basement next to the furnace behind closed doors. It's worse than a dishwasher with the added misery of it running all day long. 11/10/10
