An absolutely amazing stove. The heat this produces is incredible and makes just about any cooking technique possible. And having every one of the burners do the full range from simmer to high heat is great. No more trying to figure out how to share the one hot burner like you have to do on some of the better known consumer brands. Nice construction, easy to remove components for clean up.
It seems a bit pricey, but it's a bargain compared to its competitors. Easily worth the money. A Great pick.

It's a Capital...that says it all. This range top is a serious cooking device of top performance and quality! Great for us "wannabe" chefs or those who already are. There is none more impressive than this range top. Each burner reaches unbelievable high and low temps.
