Had this thing for about two months and it is excellent. Burners hi or simmer are the best I have ever used...by far. Oven is very even, conventional or convection. Materials and design are excellent both for use and cleaning. One note, if you get a painted door it will not be stainless underneath as I found out.
I replaced an old commercial Wolf with this and thought nothing would compare to the Hi burners of the Wolf, but these are just as powerful and simmer like nobody's business. Wonderful machine.

Stunning burners with mind-blowing heat AND low simmer. Amazing oven with low external temps -- completely safe to touch. Fun to cook on!
BUT beware: the manual clean is a DIFFERENT MODEL than the self-clean. The oven interior is different. It lacks the roll-out racks (possibly a good thing), but the locations of the fixed racks render 20% of the oven useless. The top rack is so high that you cannot use it for anything, including the broiler. The low rack is so high that you "lose" a significant part of the oven. Truly shocking design flaws, given the rest of the product.
