My tenants seem pleased with these new machines as soon as I changed the timing cam to run longer so they matched the dry time of our old machines. Changing time is relatively easy, and they provide two extra cams to make this adjustment. Overall machine feels lightweight, but it drys well and has handled moderate tenant use so far. 10/17/11
Rated 2 out of 5 Dryer performance I bought 2 dryers. One of them works ok but it is not so hot; therefore, the clothes does not dry very good. The other one does not dry good at all. It takes $3.00 to get the clothes dry. 3/7/13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great workhorse for apartments Have these dryers in several of my buildings, tenants like them and they are reliable. These were the same machines the large rental companies were providing but at AJ Madison you can buy them for a reasonable price and then you can save on the rental fees, which means greater profits from the laundry facilities. 12/12/12
