On June 15th, 2006 Fisher and Paykel Appliances Holdings Limited announced that it has agreed to acquire the European cookware business Elba S.p.A from De'Longhi S.p.A for a purchase price of EUR78 million. The acquisition provides a more comprehensive range of kitchen products for distribution through the United States. The existing models have been completely restyled cosmetically to fit with the Fisher and Paykel brand and complement the current DCS range of products giving the customer a choice of styles. Rated 4 out of 5 by fisher Paykel CG365DWACX1 GReat middle burner with high BTU. I can finally do wok cooking! Overall rating is 4 star...would be 5 star if the frame didn't scratch so easily. Grates moved when sliding pans around and scratched the frame. Just be extra careful. Once scratched, it's very obvious. Suggestion is to switch the burner on the right by putting the bigger burner in the front. I like to simmer with pots in the back and out of the way. 4/13/11
