We own RV parks in South Texas. A lot of our residents are oil workers. The machines get a real workout with all the dirty clothes that get laundered here. We have not experienced any problems. We have had several of these top load units in operation over a year and just added one more. AJ Madison is great to deal with as they have great prices & quick delivery.

I was nervous after reading a couple of not the best reviews. They were better then expected and my tenants LOVE the two set's. The dry time is perfect. I dont know what to say, but thanks AJ Madison, these were the best choice for my heavy use needs.

I have used the washing machine several times and found that on a setting of warm wash, the water in the tub was cold and on a hot setting the water was only warm. I asked a repairman if he could change the settings so that more hot water could come into the machine. He said no, that the company has made a fixed setting to meet government regulations for energy conservation that he was not able to change the settings. To overcome this problem I have turned the cold water faucet way down and left the hot water faucet fully on. This is very frustrating because the MT. Health Dept. required I put in a separate hot water heater dedicated to the washer so I could have 180 degree water for sanitary reasons and now the machine does not let me get the hot water to the machine!
